Website and service terms
Clear expectations protect the work and the relationship.
These terms govern use of the Biancorp Visibility Studio website and explain important boundaries for consultations, third-party platforms, visibility services, and remote support. A signed scope or agreement controls where it adds or changes project-specific terms.
1. About these terms
Biancorp Visibility Studio is operated by Biancorp IT LLC, a Florida company. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use interactive features and contact Biancorp directly if you need clarification.
A proposal, statement of work, service agreement, order, privacy addendum, or other signed record may establish additional terms for paid or sponsored work. If a direct conflict exists, the more specific signed term controls for that engagement.
2. Website information
Website material is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, cybersecurity, or platform-policy counsel. Platform documentation, features, eligibility rules, search systems, prices, and third-party services can change. Dates and source links are provided where practical, but every situation still requires its own facts.
You may link to public pages and quote short portions with attribution. You may not copy, republish, scrape for republication, misrepresent, remove attribution from, or resell substantial website content without written permission.
3. Consultations, proposals, and service start
A consultation, form response, calendar invitation, estimate, or preliminary recommendation does not by itself create a paid service engagement or a promise to accept work. An engagement begins when the applicable scope, responsibilities, fees, timing, and acceptance are documented.
Sponsored or discounted work for churches and nonprofits is subject to mission fit, eligibility information, available capacity, scope, and any program-specific record. 501(c)(3) status does not automatically entitle an applicant to free services.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients and authorized representatives are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business, ownership, eligibility, licensing, location, service, organization, and account information.
- Having authority to grant access and approve work for the organization and systems involved.
- Reviewing material facts, recommendations, and deliverables within the agreed workflow.
- Maintaining lawful operations, content rights, account security, backups, and notice of changes that affect the work.
- Not asking Biancorp to create false locations, reviews, identities, documents, citations, results, or other misleading representations.
5. No ranking, placement, citation, or recovery guarantee
Search engines, map products, directories, social platforms, answer systems, AI services, and third-party providers control their own crawling, indexing, eligibility, ranking, citations, verification, suspension, reinstatement, availability, and processing.
Biancorp does not guarantee first-page placement, map-pack placement, a particular ranking radius, traffic, lead volume, revenue, verification, reinstatement, removal of third-party content, AI mention, AI citation, or continued availability of any feature. Past or observed outcomes do not promise the same result for another organization.
6. Third-party platforms and providers
Work may depend on products and accounts controlled by Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel, Resend, analytics providers, directories, website platforms, domain registrars, remote-support providers, and other third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, fees, limitations, and decisions apply to their services.
Biancorp is not Google and does not sell a special relationship with Google or another platform. References to a third-party product do not imply endorsement, certification, or control unless expressly stated by that provider.
7. Account access and remote support
The client should retain account ownership and use supported user roles to grant access. Clients should not send passwords, authenticator secrets, backup codes, or one-time verification codes through forms, email, or chat.
Appointment-only remote support is an attended service initiated and controlled by the client. The client is responsible for saving work, maintaining backups, closing unrelated private material, verifying the representative, and ending the session if the work should stop. Biancorp may rely on client authorization given during the active session.
8. Fees, tools, cancellations, and intellectual property
Paid scope, billing schedule, expenses, tools, taxes, cancellation, pause, refund, and handoff terms are stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. A Google Business Profile is free; Biancorp fees pay for professional work and any identified tools or services.
Each party retains its pre-existing materials, systems, templates, methods, trademarks, and know-how. Client-specific deliverable ownership or license terms are defined in the applicable agreement after payment or other stated conditions. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
9. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Project warranties, if any, must be stated in the applicable signed agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and except where a signed agreement states otherwise, Biancorp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost ranking, lost opportunity, or third-party platform decisions arising from use of the public website.
You are responsible for claims arising from content, data, access, instructions, or representations you provide without sufficient rights or authority, subject to applicable law and any more specific signed agreement.
10. Ending services, changes, and governing terms
Either party may end or pause a service as allowed by the applicable agreement. Unneeded platform access should be removed and the agreed deliverables and records handed off according to that agreement. Obligations that reasonably survive—such as payment, confidentiality, ownership, limitations, and record duties—continue as applicable.
These website terms may be updated. The review date identifies the published version. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by Florida law, without overriding rights that applicable law does not allow a party to waive.
