1. Who this notice covers

Biancorp Visibility Studio is a line of business of Biancorp IT LLC, a Florida company. “Biancorp,” “we,” and “us” in this notice refer to Biancorp IT LLC when it operates this website and provides the related services.

This notice covers information submitted to this website or handled through a consultation or service relationship. A separate written agreement may add project-specific privacy, security, or data-handling terms.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the studio, we may collect:

• Contact and organization details such as name, work email, phone, organization, website, state, organization type, and self-reported 501(c)(3) status.
• The service requested, the situation described, scheduling details, communications, and information you choose to share.
• Technical request data used for delivery, security, fraud prevention, rate limiting, and diagnostics.
• Aggregate or configured website analytics such as pages viewed, referrer, device category, approximate region, and conversion events that do not intentionally include form message content.
• Client-provided account, website, profile, search, analytics, citation, lead-stage, and business information needed for an agreed engagement.

Do not submit passwords, authenticator secrets, backup codes, one-time verification codes, sensitive personal records, or payment-card details through the consultation form.

3. How information is used

We may use information to:

• Respond to requests and organize consultations.
• Evaluate service fit, prepare a scope, and deliver contracted work.
• Maintain client records, access maps, change logs, deliverables, and support history.
• Operate, secure, improve, measure, and troubleshoot the website and service workflow.
• Meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security obligations.

Biancorp does not sell consultation-form information or passwords. Biancorp does not intentionally send form message content, names, emails, or phone numbers as website analytics event properties.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to operate the website and business. Depending on the feature used, these may include Vercel for hosting and optional analytics, Resend for form email delivery, Google Workspace and Google Meet for scheduling and communications, and authorized remote-support technology for attended sessions.

These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to follow law, protect rights and security, investigate misuse, complete a business transaction, or work with a professional contractor supporting an agreed client service under appropriate confidentiality expectations.

5. Google Meet and remote support

Meetings

Consultations may use Google Meet. If supported recording or transcription is enabled, the meeting experience provides notice and controls. A consultation does not have to be recorded. Meeting artifacts that are retained may become part of the client or prospect record.

Remote support

Appointment-only remote support is an attended session initiated by the client. The client can see and end the active connection. Screen contents visible during a session may contain information the client controls; clients should close unrelated private files and applications before connecting.

Biancorp may document the support purpose, date, participants, system, and material changes. A remote session is not recorded unless that practice is separately disclosed and agreed.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential storage required for operation and may use privacy-conscious Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and an optional configured Google Analytics property. Availability and exact behavior depend on the production configuration.

Browser controls can limit cookies and similar storage. Some privacy, ad-blocking, or network tools may also restrict analytics. Disabling analytics storage does not prevent a person from contacting Biancorp by email or phone.

7. Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably useful for the request, relationship, security, records, legal obligations, dispute handling, or legitimate business continuity. Different records require different retention periods. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, de-identified, or securely archived according to the system and record type.

Biancorp uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including client-owned accounts, supported role access, access review, attended remote sessions, and documented changes. No internet or storage system can be promised as completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may ask about the personal information associated with your direct relationship, request a reasonable correction, ask to stop non-required communications, or request deletion where the information is not needed for an active agreement, legal obligation, security record, or other legitimate retained purpose.

A request may require reasonable identity or authority verification. Authorized requests can be sent to support@biancorp.net.

9. Children, external links, and changes

This website is directed to organizations and their authorized representatives, not children. External sites and embedded services have their own privacy practices.

This notice may be updated as the studio, providers, or legal requirements change. The review date at the top reflects the published version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or an active client relationship.
