Pricing

The price starts with the work that is actually needed.

Account history, access, website size, market, and risk can change the scope considerably. After a free consultation, Biancorp provides a written proposal that identifies the work, assumptions, tools, and costs before anything begins.

Ways to work together

Most work begins with an audit, a defined project, or ongoing support.

The consultation determines which path fits and what belongs in the written scope.

One-time project

Audit

Review the current accounts, website, profiles, or search data before deciding what to change.

  • Written scope and account access map
  • Relevant website, profile, search, citation, or AI checks
  • Findings ranked by urgency and supported by source notes
  • Recommended order of work
  • Review meeting when useful
Discuss an audit

Defined project

Implementation

Complete an agreed set of corrections after the starting condition and responsibilities are clear.

  • Written change plan, owners, and dependencies
  • Agreed website, profile, citation, content, or tracking work
  • Record of material edits and checks
  • Comparable checks before and after the work
  • Handoff notes and recommended review points

Ongoing relationship

Ongoing support

Regular support for organizations that need continued work across profiles, websites, search, and reporting.

  • Agreed priorities and a record of changes
  • Profile and public business information updates where applicable
  • Website, service-page, resource, and answer updates
  • Consistent search and AI answer checks when included
  • Review of inquiries and business results the client can verify

Churches and qualified 501(c)(3) organizations

Verified 501(c)(3) organizations can request custom pricing.

Churches and nonprofits with verified 501(c)(3) status can request significant custom discounts for audits and implementation. They can also apply for a sponsored website build through Biancorp’s In His Church studio. Eligibility does not guarantee acceptance; mission, need, scope, and available capacity are considered.

  • Select 501(c)(3) status in the consultation form.
  • Share the mission, current need, available content, and internal point of contact.
  • Receive a custom recommendation; the discount depends on the approved scope.
